When making your list and checking it twice, don’t forget those packages! This year, take your gift-wrapping skills to the next level and impress your recipients by coordinating wrapping paper, ribbons, and adornments for perfect holiday packaging.
The first step to perfectly packaged presents is to determine your color scheme and theme. What vibe suits your fancy? Whimsy and wonder. Elegance and Enchantment. Spectacular Simplicity. The options are as endless as your imagination. Bonus points for matching your gifts to your tree’s décor.
Once you’ve determined your gift-wrapping theme, it’s time to shop for supplies; this is where the fun begins. Think outside the box, and have the kids join in on the fun as you hunt for everything you need to set the scene. Don’t forget the necessities such as sharp scissors and tape.
Take cues from your gift-wrap designs by accessorizing to match the paper’s pattern. For instance- a bottlebrush tree coordinates perfectly with tree stamped gift-wrap or gnome ornaments to match gnome printed paper. Don’t be afraid to mix and match patterns and solids, just be sure to keep the color scheme consistent to tie everything together. Get creative and have fun!
