Mac Leffler’s stunning 2020 Parade home located in Billings’ upscale subdivision The Nines, is nothing short of a work of art. Mac describes its style perfectly as “modern feel with a livable appeal,” saying he likes to push clean lines and designs in Billings while keeping things feeling traditional and comfortable. This home’s modern and rustic styles merge to create a contemporary masterpiece.
The Porte-Cochere and towering wood beam columns greet guests and visitors in style.
European Styling
At first sight you are greeted with stunning, European styling, custom wood floors from Sweden, floating timbers backlit with lighting in a coved ceiling, and a spectacular wood focal wall brings warmth and the outdoors in.
The home’s one level living, open floor plan is well laid out with ample space to spread out. Mac’s signature touches can be found throughout the house, including hand-textured walls, recessed baseboards, and floating shelving.
Chef’s Contemporary Kitchen
The kitchen features a large wooden waterfall island with luxurious Cambria countertops. The ample floating cabinets are constructed of a durable, designer laminate overlay for maximum style and functionality.
The large, hidden pantry has a half-door pass through to the garage for easy unloading of groceries.
Suite Dreams
A 10-foot ceiling (also throughout the entire house) with dark color and modern ceiling fan adds to the master suite’s drama.
Direct access to the patio provides an easy escape to soak in the hot tub or to sit by the fireplace.
The master bath makes a splash in more than one way with its beautiful blue pops of paint, tile accents, and oversized soaking tub. Floating laminate vanity with trough sink and dual faucets is underlit with LED lighting.
Party-Ready Patio
You can relish in the great outdoors (an entire acre to enjoy) with a patio space that dreams are made of. In addition to a large lot, the property backs up to a fully landscaped park.
There won’t be a shortage of space or entertainment options where you can relax in front of a modern fireplace, dine alfresco, or soak in the hot tub.
A 20-foot garage door opens up to the outdoor kitchen area and a massive exterior barn door can close off the patio for more privacy.
Second-generation contractor Mac Leffler is no stranger to the world of construction with his experience beginning in childhood, working with his father on various jobs and projects. He says he doesn’t like to create the same thing twice and humbly acknowledges, “I value other people around me; surround yourself with talented people, and you’ll get a positive result every time.” This home is no exception!
