Flex Family Health Direct Primary Care Adds Family Physician to Practice

Just over a year ago, Flex Family Health Direct Primary Care opened its doors to provide a flexible healthcare option in the Billings community, having implemented the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model into their clinic practices. If you're not familiar, the thing that sets Flex Family Health and the DPC model apart from the current healthcare system is that patients' health insurance will not be billed, nor accepted, for rendered services. Instead, patients pay a low, flat rate each month ($59/month for individual, $149/month for family memberships). You'll notice the price of an individual membership is less than a typical cellphone or cable bill. The result of this unique model is increased access, affordability and transparency to healthcare services.
Memberships include unlimited visits without copays, extended visits without wait times, same or next day visits, 24/7 access to providers, virtual visits as well as discounted labs, procedures, and imaging.
With growing success and demand for services, Flex Family Health is adding a family physician to the practice, starting June 1, 2020. The addition of Dr. Jennifer Fowler will allow for an increase in capacity, while bringing experience and providing more comprehensive pediatric services.
Dr. Fowler, a native of Glasgow, MT, is a board certified family physician who has been practicing medicine for over nine years. She graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2008 as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and completed the Montana Family Medicine Residency program in Billings in 2011. She will see patients of all ages (0-99+), which will expand Flex DPC’s services to include children ages 0-23 months. She is accepting new patients now and will begin seeing them starting June 1st.
Flex Family Health is the first, and only, DPC clinic in Yellowstone County and believes that a new, flexible, and accessible patient-provider relationship will provide the residents of Billings with a great option for high quality care.
