As autumn approaches and the air turns crisp, we're back on September 28, 2024, with our Mabon energy at the Moss Mansion, ready to embrace the magic of the spooky season! Get ready to don your favorite witch costumes and join us for an enchanting five-part cocktail experience that celebrates the wonderful world of witch genres, both new and old.
Step into the mansion and explore the grounds, where each cocktail station will transport you through a different witch-themed adventure—think Practical Magic, Merlin, and even the Salem Witch Trials! If you love starting your Halloween season with a bit of "Crafty" magic, this is the perfect way to kick it off. The Moss Mansion's Witches and Wizards Spirits Event promises a night filled with spellbinding flavors and fun.
We’ll test your magical prowess at each cocktail station, rewarding your skills with our tasty themed beverages. Doors open at 5:00 pm, so arrive when it suits you best, check in, and pick up your Time Ticket. Remember, Time Tickets are first come, first served, giving you the chance to tour the grounds and enjoy local vendors while you wait for your assigned time to enter the mansion.
At 7:00 pm, we’ll host our Best Costume competition! Come dressed as your favorite witch or wizard, and be ready to strut your stuff. If you’re chosen, you’ll meet at the pub to showcase your gorgeous costume for our panel of vendors to vote on!
Your reservation of $55 includes admission to the mansion and grounds, plus five tastings of our specialty spirits (with non-alcoholic options available). Food will be available for purchase, along with beer at our pub.
Know before you go: When you arrive, please head to the back of the mansion to the “check in” station. Your group will receive a time for entering the mansion, which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups will enter for spirits tastings every 5 minutes, with the last admission to the house at 8:00 pm. Spirit stations will be located on three levels of the mansion and outdoors, so be prepared for plenty of stairs; sensible shoes are a must! If you purchased a 21-and-over ticket, please bring a form of ID. While reservations are non-refundable, they may be transferred by calling 406-256-5100.
