As we hook you up with this weekend's top picks, I feel like we need to give an honorable mention shoutout. The Montana Firefighters Memorial Run, which takes place Friday, June 10, is the last of its kind, as the majority of the work on the memorial has been completed. So, even if you've not signed up, maybe help this dedicated team wrap up their fundraising efforts with a hoot, a holler, and a friendly slap on the back.

#2 Movies in the Park | Castle Rock Park

Firefly Outdoor Movie Company's Movies in the Parks is back for the summer! The first week was cancelled due to rain (which reminds me, this event is weather permitting, so be sure to check their Facebook page for updates), but this week is looking to be a go. So, pack up your blankets and chairs and bring the family out to Castle Rock Park for a showing of Sing 2!  

This evening is presented by Firefly Outdoor Movie Co. in conjunction with The West End Exchange Club along with title Sponsor TDS Fiber.

#3 SVH Kids Fun Day & NICU Graduation Party | ZooMontana

After necessary pauses due to the pandemic, St. Vincent Children's Healthcare is hosting its 7th annual Kids Fun Day (and NICU Grad Party) at ZooMontana! You're invited for a day filled with animal encounters with opportunities for the kiddos to explore a climbing wall and emergency vehicles. Expect safety demonstrations and more on this delightful day at the zoo. There will be a special NICU Graduate VIP area for families that received care in our NICU. There are complimentary snacks available for the kids, and food trucks are also onsite.  

Kids Fun Day is a celebration of St. Vincent's long-standing commitment to providing the highest quality pediatric care in our region through our services and specialists at St. Vincent Children's, Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital, and the University of Utah School of Medicine.

#4 Yarn Bar Pub Crawl | Downtown Billings

For the ages 21+ crowd

This one is for crafty creators (who are also 21 years or older)! In celebration of World Wide Knit in Public Day, Yarn Bar is inviting you out with your current project to partake in a Downtown Pub Crawl! 

First, you'll want to pop by the Yarn Bar (2909 2nd Ave N) to pick up your WWKIP BINGO game card and pub map (anytime between now and June 11 at 4pm). If you weren't able to pop by and pick up your card and map, here's the schedule: 

• Brew Pub from 4-5pm
• Thirsty Street/Angry Hanks from 5-6pm
• Carter’s from 6-7pm
• Doc Harper’s from 7-8pm
