Easy Protein Balls

April 2026 | Eat + Drink

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 Cup Nut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1-2 Cups protein powder
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 2 Cups raw uncooked oats

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Roll into balls and place on a plate or cutting board
  4. Refrigerate

Get Creative

Some optional add-ins:

Chocolate chips

Coconut Cinnamon

Chopped nuts

Hemp hearts

Dried fruit

Sunflower seeds

Orange zest

Crushed pretzels

Pumpkin spice
