Classic Design Homes has been featured in the Billings Parade of Homes over a dozen times and continues to delight prospective homeowners. Their most recent Parade Home in the newly developed Legacy West Subdivision is no exception. Boasting five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two laundry rooms, this home showcases the builder’s commitment to crafting a functional and beautiful space where memories are made, cherished, and treasured.

AN EYE-CATCHING EXTERIOR

As builders, Classic Design Homes values a home’s exterior as much as its interior. The two shades of grey lap siding offer a striking contrast against the white trim and black exterior doors. The unique and decorative gable trim is just one detail illustrating their team’s skill and craftsmanship. The attention to detail creates an inviting atmosphere for the homeowner, guests, and neighbors walking or cycling by.

AN ELEGANT ENTRY

Towering above the spacious entryway is a large, south-facing dormer window. In addition to adding character and architectural style, the vertical window floods the great room with natural light. While having a powder room directly off the entryway is common, Classic Design Homes added a bold and unique twist. Instead of a single sconce over the vanity mirror, a custom, fire-painted piece of steel backlit with tape light promises to delight drop-in guests.

A SPACE SAVING KITCHEN

Classic Design Homes knows a kitchen isn’t just a place to cook. With its oversized quartzite island and space-saving conveniences, the open kitchen beckons family and friends to gather. When it comes time for cooking, the sleek and functional wall oven and microwave combo save valuable space while adding a modern touch. The kitchen is wrapped in maple-colored cabinets, and the island stands out with its deep brown hue. The contrast is captivating and creates the illusion of more space.

CONCEAL THE CLUTTER

The home’s kitchen is full of enchanting and somewhat hidden details. Behind the quartzite stone backsplash are two sliding doors revealing a spice cabinet and a knife block, rolling smoothly with a soft and quiet close. An oversized pull-out garbage can is tucked under the kitchen sink. In addition, a large, walk-in butler’s pantry hides behind two tall cabinet doors.

RAISING THE ROOF

A home is more than just four walls, and while ceilings are often ordinary and forgettable, Classic Design Homes made them an architecturally interesting element of this home. With multiple pitches and angles, the vaulted ceiling in the Great Room adds more character, openness, and elegance to the already-grand space. The primary suite also has a vaulted ceiling, and the basement has heightened walls. Thus, the home provides plenty of eye-catching reasons to look up.

A SPACE FOR SELF-CARE

The home’s primary bath is luxurious. With a sparkling double vanity and spacious walk-in shower, it offers a morning, noon, and night retreat. The lovely slipper-shaped, free-standing tub creates a spa-like environment. A textured rain glass window lets plenty of light in while providing just as much privacy.

BASEMENT WITH A STATEMENT

Classic Design Home excelled at transforming the all-too-familiar dark and gloomy basement into a bold, bright, and personalized space for friends and family to gather. Complete with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the lower level is incredibly convenient for large families or long-term guests. The basement’s unique finishes, taller-than-standard ceilings, and numerous windows defy the norm. And what TV and game room can’t use a wet bar, prep sink, and beverage cooler?

A YEAR-ROUND HANGOUT

Take the living room outside as you step onto the outdoor patio, which is fully equipped with a built-in BBQ grill, concrete countertop, and gas fireplace. With focused heat in a cozy and intimate setting, the floor-to-roof, stone-wrapped fireplace offers an inviting space to cut the chill on those cooler nights.
