Virtual: Yellowstone Art Auction 53 | January 22-March 6
Each year, the Yellowstone Art Auction raises crucial support for the exhibitions and educational programs that the Yellowstone Art Museum presents to the community year-round. As we continue to adapt to life during a pandemic the YAM has transitioned this highly anticipated social event to an online platform. Yellowstone Art Auction 53 received over 800 works of art for jury to this year's exhibition, setting a record that also welcomed new artists from around the country.
Opening night is slated for January 22, with the online bidding platform going live at 5 p.m. This is the first chance to see the work in person and online, and your first chance to bid on work via our Buy-It-Now platform. The Museum will be hosting intimate Quick-Finish Nights on a weekly basis leading up to the big night. This is your opportunity to watch some of your favorite artists complete work in real-time which will be auctioned off during the Live Auction portion of the event. These events will be in compliance with current COVID-19 guidelines. The exhibition and bidding culminate on March 6.
Yellowstone Art Auction 53 Ticket Options, Jan 22-March 6:
- $10 (grants online access to bidding on works from Yellowstone Art Auction 53 and Museum entry to view the exhibition)
- $25 (everything from previous level, plus: a copy of the official YAA53 catalog)
- $50 (includes everything from previous level, plus: 1 ticket to a Quick Finish Night-Jan 28, Feb 4, 11, 18, 25, March 4- Each event features a special Quick Finish artist creating on-site at the YAM and a cash bar.)
- $100 (everything from previous level, plus: acknowledgement in the special VIP page of the Auction Catalog; tickets purchased after Dec 21 will be listed online only).
