Simply Eat Local Program Contract Agreement

Simply Family Magazine, Inc. This agreement/contract is made for advertising in the publication produced by Simply Family Magazine, Inc. for the agreed upon term of 12 months. 

Ad Production. The following professional ad design services are included in the basic package:

(1) Print ad design

(2) Web page design

      - includes updates to website

(3) Coupon header design 

Maximum complimentary design services are five (5) hours per contracted year.

Additional design rates are as follows: Ad creation, ad updates and logo creation and design work outside of the included design hours is available at $55/hour. $10 minimum charge. 

Logo Specifications. All logos must be electronically submitted to ads@simplylocalmagazine.com. We accept PDF, JPEG and TIFF files. All files should be 300 dpi at finish and CMYK color. If you have any questions please contact your representative.

Simply Family Magazine, Inc. is not responsible for logos submitted with incorrect color or information produced by another company. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to proof all ads before placement. Simply Family Magazine is not responsible for slight variations in final printed ad size resulting from press considerations. 

Ad Location. Simply Family Magazine, Inc. gives no assurance for exact ad location, but will make every attempt to place ad in the best possible location for the benefit of the advertiser and the betterment of the publication.

Payment. Advertising is either paid in full annually or billed via autopay on a monthly basis. First payment will be drafted on contract signing. Future payments will be drafted on the 15th of the month prior to serviceable month (example: January 15th for the month of February). If auto-payment is declined a $35 charge will be added to account.  

Gift cards. due upon contract signing but will be used promotionally no more that $50/month

Ad Cancellations. Ad cancellations must be received in writing. All agreements are billed monthly and include one year/12 issues of the Simply Eat Local Program. If agreement/contract is cancelled prior to contract end date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full contract amount will be charged.

Advertiser agrees that Simply Family Magazine, Inc. has the right to reject advertising:

1. If the editors determine that the advertising is inconsistent with the publications objectives, values, or image or aesthetic standards of Simply Local Magazine

2. If advertiser fails to meet deadlines for space reservation, ad revision, new advertising or ad approvals

3. For any reason at any time.


• Advertising space is sold on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. Publisher reserves the right to defer ad to future issue if deadlines 

are not met. Furthermore, Simply Family Magazine, Inc. reserves the right to delay, suspend or terminate advertisement at any time.
