McCall Homes continues building community with this year’s Parade home in Annafeld.

6022 Norma Jean is a two-story contemporary farmhouse. It is a peaceful sanctuary amid the hustle and bustle of the developing community that surrounds it.

When you enter the front door, the white and light gray colors provide an instant feeling of home and serenity. The black accents and touches of shiplap and painted brick help to give the home both visual and textural interest.

The dining room and kitchen highlight the open, airy concept the McCall’s are known for. There is a walk-in coat closet and a walk-in pantry that open to the dining room and kitchen for additional storage. A floating live edge wood counter serves as an eating bar at one end of the kitchen. There is also room for a casual nosh at the island. The island is topped with white Quartz with delicate gray veining.

A wine bar separates the kitchen from the living room. That corridor also has a powder room behind a space-saving pocket door. The fireplace in the living room has white painted brick in keeping with the home’s décor.

The Master Suite on the south end of the home has doors that access the three-season porch. You can also access the porch from the kitchen. The Master Bath is separated from the sleeping chamber by contemporary white barn doors. The freestanding tub, tile work and finishing is spot on and compliments the home perfectly.

The second floor has a family room, and three additional bedrooms with a bathroom to share. The vanity and tub/commode are separated to accommodate more than one. Take a close look at the counter on the vanity, it looks very much like Quartz, but it is the next generation of laminate with tightly rounded corners.

McCall’s home features an additional apartment (ADU-Accessory Dwelling Unit) above the garage. It is perfect for a boomerang child or simply to rent for a bit of additional income. The flat has a kitchen, living area, sleeping chamber separated by a partial wall, closet with washer/dryer hookup and a bathroom.

All of McCall’s homes are extremely energy efficient. Each home is wrapped in foam insulation and well ventilated for maintaining superior air exchange.

McCall Homes can take great pride in this year’s Parade home. It is stylish, energy efficient, affordable, and part of a great community…Annafeld! Welcome!
