Brown Builders has created a stunning home in a quiet cul-du-sac in Black Rock Estates. The home’s exterior is a blend of siding and stone with vintage gunmetal accents on the porch and garage.
Enter the home to a clean, contemporary great room with floor to ceiling windows that span two stories. The room bathes you in natural light. The fireplace wall is large and impressive. The unique surround has 10” x 40” tiles that remind you of White Paper Birch. It is crisp, clean, and simply stunning. Built in cabinets flank the fireplace and have warm toned wood tops. There are four freestanding display shelves on either side. They have built-in LED lights to highlight artwork displayed on the shelf below.
The kitchen is styled in a Modern Farmhouse decor. The cabinets are white accented with a black glaze. The counters are a lightly veined white and gray Quartz. The island with eating bar has black base cabinets and an impressive 4’x8’ surface in the matching Quartz. The cabinets on either side of the gas range open with struts rather than hinges. There is plenty of room in this kitchen for cooking, gathering and socializing!
The Master Suite behind the fireplace has a handsome tray ceiling with lighted architectural detailing. The room is painted in a light gray and accented with white. The tiles in the Master Bath are 6” x 48” and mimic plank flooring. The large window in the walk-in closet is a big plus for matching outfits!
The lighted stairs to the upper level are a refreshing combination of wood and carpet. When you arrive at the upper landing, you can look down to the great room below while you take in the marvelous western views from the expansive windows. This loft area would be a perfect reading area. The two bedrooms at the end of the hall each have private vanity and commodes. Pocket doors lead to a shared room with a bathtub.
The lower level is a great space for entertaining! There is a wet bar and an area for a game table. There is an unfinished guest room at one end and a finished guest room and bathroom at the other. Toward the front of the house, behind the mechanical room and beneath the front porch, is a large vault. This is a great feature for safety and security of personal treasures or important papers.
This home has a security system, whole-house stereo, built-in vacuum system, and features Elan Smart Home technology.
Brown Builders easily demonstrates their building and design prowess yet once again.
