On March 8, 2024, the Junior League of Billings proudly presents the 8th Annual Montana Women's Leadership Conference, an empowering event designed to inspire and empower women across the state. Taking place on International Women's Day, this year's conference, themed "Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges," aims to foster mindful leadership in the realms of personal, professional, and community development. The vision of the Montana Women's Leadership Conference is to empower women to become mindful leaders within their communities. If you’re coming from out of town, there is a block of rooms reserved, so get yours booked now!
There will also be a number of booths hosted by local businesses and organizations to raise awareness and provide services for attendees about women-owned businesses and groups who are making a difference in and around Billings. If this sounds like something you’d like to do, hosts are given admission to the conference and are able to meet with women from all over the state.
