2021 Island X Adventure Run

The Family Tree Center's Island X Adventure Run is back in-person this year! This 5K Adventure Run at ZooMontana is July 10, 2021. Island themed costumes are absolutely encouraged! Get the kids in on the action with the free Kids Run to follow the 5K. 

Up the fun factor by getting friends together and make it a team event - register your Island "Tribe" and use that team spirit to win prizes. Get your officemates and friends to compete for the: Fastest Team, Island Stylin' Team, and Biggest Team. 

Competitive Timing will be timing the event with chip-timing and offering real-time results as soon as participants have crossed the finish line. They will also be video-taping the finish so you have a clip of that stylish finish-line cross!!

Course Description

You'll go over, under, and through - there will most likely be water involved so don't be afraid to get a little dirty! The course is set and is going to be a blast. Participants the last few years have raved about this unique event - you won't want to miss it!

Strategy

Have fun and run hard! Walkers also encouraged to participate.

Spectator Tips

Be prepared to have fun - you can stake out along the more entertaining sections to watch friends and loved ones as they make their way through the course. There will be island music and a great atmosphere!

Miscellaneous Info

Register by June 15th to get the early bird price of $25. Prices increase as race day approaches. Register by June 15th to be guaranteed a free t-shirt on race day. Registration also available at packet pickup on Friday, July 9th from 12pm - 6pm at The Family Tree Center or on race day at ZooMontana from 7:45am-8:45am.

***If you are registering a youth participant who wants to run in the adventure 5K race they will be charged full price and given a complimentary shirt, however our free kids race (geared toward younger children) is shorter, less than a quarter mile and will have an optional t-shirt to purchase for $10.00.
