The Billings Parade of Homes typically showcases the relentless pursuit in redefining industry standards of single-family homes. Passionate about building communities within communities, Conner Bokma and his team at CB Built are pushing the standard of what is widely recognized in the market and revealed something different in the Parade last year.

Spanning 65 acres on the Billings West End, the Ridgeline community boasts premier single-family homes, and multi-family homes. “Our goal from the beginning with Ridgeline has been to deliver a quality product and reasonable price in a highly desirable area of town, Conner said. “These homes are high quality and something you can be extremely proud of owning.”

THE MARKET FOR MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING

The duplexes available at Ridgeline offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage and a low-maintenance backyard, providing a convenient and affordable path to homeownership.

“I do believe that there is a demand for multi-family housing and higher density housing in Billings,” Conner said. “Building costs are driving up sale prices on more traditional housing options so price is a big factor in the demand. If developed and designed correctly, there can also be a great sense of community while still maintaining pride in ownership in multi-family developments."

LESS UPKEEP, MORE DOWNTIME

Efficiency doesn’t just mean reducing the size of the home, but how it’s used. “While small and compact, the floorplan is laid out well to not feel crammed,” Conner said.

One of the most atractive qualities of the multi-family homes at Ridgeline is easy, low maintenance living. CB Built has noticed its multi-family units are particularly popular for the aging population looking to downsize from a large home requiring extensive upkeep and lawn care. With an HOA in place that covers yardwork, city services and even snow removal, the homes truly are turnkey.

ADDING A LEVEL OF LUXURY

A small footprint does not preclude a home from being luxurious. Beginning with the vaulted great room reaching a peak of 12-feet tall, the increased ceiling height makes the efficient space feel much larger, while adding a level of grandeur to the room.

The heat-emitting gas fireplace, seen in every CB-built home at Ridgeline, also adds splendor. “They really are the heart of the home,” Conner said. It’s a place to spend time gathered around visiting or relaxing, and it was important to us to incorporate it into the design.”

ONLY THE FINEST FINISHES

Elevating a home through fine finishes illustrates CB Built’s commitment to quality and aesthetics. All finishes are above builder grade, including kitchen and bathroom fixtures, stainless steel appliances, high-quality cabinetry, tiled backsplash, quartz countertops, and high-end light fixtures.

COMMUNITY AND CONVENIENCE

Situated at the corner of King Avenue and 48th Street, Ridgeline is a short distance from Shiloh Crossing, a hub for retail, dining and entertainment, making it an incredibly convenient location to live. Not only is it convenient, this home is in a community within a community. The home's walkability is extremely attractive, with extensive green space and walking paths.

If you’re looking for social connections, the layout and spacing of multi-family units like this make it easy to meet the neighbors and cultivate friendships. “Being close to neighbors creates a sense of community where it’s easy to make friends and have friends close by when in need.”
