Sales II - Assistant Sales Associate | Part-time / Flexible Hours

As an Assistant Sales Associate, you’ll work approximately 10-12 hours per week, with a total of 50 hours per month. You’ll assist in selling and executing advertising for local businesses, managing schedules for annual community guides, and supporting the sales team with various projects.


What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with clients, offering high-quality advertising opportunities that help them grow.

Handle customer accounts, from order entry to publication, ensuring deadlines and materials are submitted on time.

Provide excellent customer service via email and phone, maintaining clear and friendly communication.

Collaborate with account executives to meet team goals and objectives.

Track timelines, deadlines, and assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
